Terms and Conditions of the Asian Shop Online Store
I. General Information
These Terms and Conditions set out the rules for using the Asian Shop online store, available at https://asianshop.pl, operated by:

The Terms and Conditions are permanently available on the store's website and may be downloaded, saved or printed by the Customer at any time.
II. Definitions
- Store – the online store operating at https://asianshop.pl.
- Customer – a natural or legal person making purchases in the Store.
- Consumer – a natural person making a purchase not directly related to their business or professional activity.
- Seller – Aditya Sharma Asian Shop.
- Terms and Conditions – this document setting out the rules for using the Store.
III. Technical Requirements
To use the online store you need:
- a device with Internet access,
- a web browser supporting HTML5, JavaScript and cookies.
IV. Registration and User Account
Registering an account in the store is voluntary and free of charge. The Customer may use the store's features without registering. The Customer is responsible for keeping their account login and password confidential.
V. Placing and Processing Orders
Orders can be placed 24/7 via the store's website. Order processing begins:
- for online payments – once the payment operator confirms the payment,
- for bank transfers – once the payment has been credited.
Orders placed and paid by 12:00 noon on business days are usually processed the same or the next business day.
VI. Payment Methods
Online fast-transfer payments are handled by PayPro S.A. (Przelewy24).
The Customer can choose from the following payment methods:
- Traditional bank transfer,
- Fast online payments (PayU, Przelewy24),
- Payment card (Visa, Mastercard),
- Cash on delivery (paid in cash on receipt).
For traditional bank transfers, payment must be made within 3 business days of placing the order. After this time the order may be cancelled.
VII. Refunds
If an order is cancelled or the Customer withdraws from the contract, the Seller will refund the payment within 14 days using the same payment method the Customer used (e.g. to the account linked to the payment card), unless agreed otherwise. The Customer does not incur any fees for the refund.
VIII. Delivery Methods
We offer the following delivery methods:
- DPD, InPost or DHL courier (1–2 business days),
- InPost Parcel Lockers (1–2 business days),
- Personal collection by prior arrangement (Balice, Krakowska 62).
Delivery costs and available options are shown in the shopping cart before the order is finalised.
IX. Right of Withdrawal
A Consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the goods. To exercise this right, please send a statement by e-mail to: biuro@asianshop.pl.
The goods must be returned to: Aditya Sharma Asian Shop, ul. Krakowska 62, 32-083 Balice, Poland, no later than 14 days from the date of withdrawal.
X. Complaints and Conformity of Goods with the Contract
The Seller is liable for the conformity of the goods with the contract for 2 years from the date of delivery. In the event of non-conformity, the Customer may request:
- repair or replacement of the goods,
- a price reduction,
- withdrawal from the contract (in the case of material non-conformity).

The Seller will consider the complaint within 14 calendar days.
XI. Personal Data Protection
Personal data is processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy and the GDPR. Details can be found on the store's website under "Privacy Policy".
XII. Final Provisions
The Seller may amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes take effect on the date indicated by the Seller and will be communicated to Users via the store's website.
Matters not covered by these Terms and Conditions are governed by Polish law.
XIII. Promotions and Discounts Policy
- Only one promotion or discount can be applied to each product at a time.
- Multiple promotions or discounts cannot be combined.
