Delivery Methods

We offer the following delivery methods:

  • Courier (DPD, InPost, DHL) – delivery to the address you provide in Poland, usually within 1–2 business days of dispatch.

  • InPost Parcel Lockers – fast and convenient delivery to the parcel locker of your choice. Delivery usually takes 1–2 business days.

  • Personal collection – possible once we have confirmed that your order is ready.

Exact delivery costs and options are shown in the shopping cart before you complete your order. The delivery cost depends on the chosen method and the order value.

Order Processing

If the Customer pays by bank transfer, electronic payment or payment card, order processing will begin on the day the payment is credited to the Seller's bank account or once the Online Store receives confirmation from the payment provider that the payment was successful – depending on the payment system.

Orders placed and paid on business days by 12:00 noon are usually processed the same day or the next business day. During busy periods or promotions, processing may take slightly longer.
