Payment Terms

1. General Provisions

These terms set out the rules for paying for orders placed in the online store operating at: asianshop.pl, hereinafter referred to as "Asian Shop".

2. Available Payment Methods

The Customer can pay for an order using the following methods:

Traditional bank transfer to the Seller's bank account
Fast online payments (PayU, Przelewy24)
Credit or debit card payment (Visa, Mastercard)
Cash on delivery (paid in cash when the parcel is received)

3. Payment Deadlines

If you choose a traditional bank transfer, payment should be made within 3 business days of placing the order. You will also receive the transfer details by e-mail after placing your order. After this period the order may be cancelled.

4. Payment Confirmation

Once the payment has been credited, the Customer will receive an e-mail confirming the payment.
A fiscal receipt – or, on request, a VAT invoice – is issued for every order.

5. Refunds

If an order is cancelled or goods are returned (withdrawal from the contract), the payment will be refunded to the Customer within 14 days of the Seller accepting the return.
Refunds are made using the same payment method the Customer used for the purchase, unless agreed otherwise; in any case the Buyer will not incur any fees in connection with the refund.

6. Transaction Security
